Shipping, return and refund policy
- Free delivery in store
When placing your order, you select the delivery choice "Pick up in store" and you will receive your package at a store near you. This option is valid when the shop has the item in inventory.
You will adopt this method of delivery because you can try on your products on site, our staff will give you fashion advice and show you our latest arrivals and collections.

- Free Shipping on purchases of $125.99 and more
This offer is valid for all purchases of $125.99 (CAD) and more (after discounts, promotions and before taxes). Studio reserves the right to change the terms of this offer without notice.
- Delivery for purchases under $125.99 (For the province of Quebec)
Purchases under $125.99 have a fixed delivery charge of $9.99 (CAD).
Orders shipped by carrier will be delivered within 7-10 days. Studio is not responsible for delivery delays due to the carrier. If the delivery time exceeds 10 days, you can contact customer service at the following address, email@example.com or by real-time chat on our website.
For the rest of Canada

The delivery cost is $15 at all times.
- Returns and Refunds
Purchases made online can be exchanged or refunded in-store, free of charge. The refund to your card is not done on site. The employee must contact the web service and thereafter you will get a refund on your card in the following days. Please note that we do not accept any returns or exchanges of purchases made online at our Place Vertu warehouse store.
If you don't have a store nearby: Returns to the company are at the customer's expense. For all returns, you must ship the goods to the following return address:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
We do not make an exchange for a web order, however we do refund the item.
- Sale Items
Sale items are refundable.
- Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Next, contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time required before a refund is posted.
