Purchases under $125.99 have a fixed delivery charge of $9.99 (CAD).

• Returns and Refunds

Purchases made online can be exchanged or refunded in-store, free of charge. The refund to your card is not done on site. The employee must contact the web service and thereafter you will get a refund on your card in the following days. Please note that we do not accept any returns or exchanges of purchases made online at our Place Vertu warehouse store.

If you don't have a store nearby: Returns to the company are at the customer's expense. For all returns, you must ship the goods to the following return address: 18-3333 Rue du Carrefour, Québec, Québec, G1C5R9, Canada. You must write your first name, last name and order number on a sheet and put it in the return bag. We advise you to keep the tracking number of your shipment as proof.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

• Exchanges

We do not make an exchange for a web order, however we do refund the item.

• Sale Items

Sale items are refundable.

• Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.

Next, contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time required before a refund is posted.
